CONCEPT (AI)

Remove the blue paint and drywall to reveal the exposed brick of the building to bring an industrial feel to the establishment.
Cover the
floors with tiled grey/black laminate which will be a low cost way to cover the painted concrete floor. All exposed poles can be covered in a medium colored wood to add warmth to the atmosphere.

Create a semi open kitchen concept where guest are able to see inside the kitchen, view, order, and pickup food. The wall will be painted with an accent color that creates a unique aesthetic from the rest of the industrial space. A small soffit above the counter can be created to provide cozy illumination. The Ale and Ember logo could be proudly displayed here.

The 10 foot tall cooler will be used as the draft system with taps built in. A custom shelving bar can be built around the taps in order to hold glassware, wine, liquor, daily specials board, flagship menu board, and a rotating split flap board. The front of the bar can be built using light gray wood shown here with under bar lighting. The bar should also have outlets and USB charging for devices. A metal bar footrail can be installed. Tables and chairs are NOT part of the design concept.

Lighting

Most of the space could be filled with Pendant String Lights/Chandeliers. Above the bench seating area (between two structure posts in the room) could be more intricate lighting like the boxed in pendants above
